ARTVYNE OS / LEGAL

Terms of Use

Artvyne OS is developed by Artvyne Agency to bring brand marketing work into a shared workspace. These terms explain the use of our marketing website and the basic framework for service discussions.

Last updated:

01Website and service agreements

These terms cover access to website content and sample experiences. Using the website does not start a paid membership or, by itself, create a service purchase agreement.

Brand-specific setup, user access, available features and service responsibilities are specified in a separate proposal and service agreement. If that agreement differs from this page on service matters, the agreement takes precedence, subject to mandatory law.

02Sample experiences and website content

The interactive panel and influencer experiences use sample data. Fictional profiles, metrics and reports are not real customer data. Creating a draft or approving content in the demo does not trigger a live publication, AI request or customer transaction.

Website content helps explain the product. Showing a feature does not mean it is included in every membership or works identically with every data source. The current scope is clarified during the proposal process.

03Membership, fees and setup

Fees, setup scope, user limits, billing periods and any additional services are specified in your brand's proposal. Submitting a demo request does not create a payment obligation.

Renewal, cancellation, termination, refund and data handover conditions are explained in the service agreement. This page does not promise a particular price, discount, free period or unconditional refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

04Authority and account security

When making a request or using a service for a brand, you must have authority to act for that brand and share the relevant data. You are responsible for accurate, current contact and account details.

When a workspace is provided, permissions are set according to the agreement and team needs. Do not share credentials with unauthorised people; report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Customers must appropriately manage their team's access.

05Acceptable use

Use the system lawfully and for permitted purposes. Unauthorised data collection, bypassing access controls, uploading malicious software, impersonation and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

Do not share content that infringes privacy, intellectual property or other third-party rights. You are responsible for the necessary authority and permissions for personal data, brand materials and third-party accounts. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

06Brand content and intellectual property

This page does not transfer your rights in brand content to us. How that content may be used to deliver the service is specified in the relevant agreement.

The Artvyne OS name, website design, software and original marketing content belong to their respective rights holders. You may browse the website and share links; you may not copy original content or software and present it as a commercial product without permission. Third-party brand names belong to their owners.

07Analytics and AI outputs

Influencer metrics, competitor analysis and reports depend on access, source freshness and methodology. Estimates and historical performance do not guarantee future reach, sales, engagement or campaign results.

AI-assisted drafts may contain errors, omissions or wording inconsistent with your brand. Before publication or commercial use, review outputs for accuracy, rights and legal compliance. Final publication and business decisions must be made by your authorised team.

08Third-party services

Social networks, data sources and integrations are subject to their own access terms and technical limits. Displaying a link does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Source access policies and services may change, affecting feature scope and data freshness. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

09Availability and responsibility

Uninterrupted or error-free access to the marketing website is not promised. Maintenance, technical issues and changes in external services may affect access. Support, availability and any service-level commitments for paid services are specified in the agreement.

We do not provide a performance guarantee for decisions based solely on marketing examples. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10Privacy, updates and contact

Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and cookies. These terms do not substitute for consent to processing personal data.

Terms may be updated as services or legal requirements change. Notification and effective-date procedures for changes to a paid service are governed by the relevant agreement. Please use our contact page for questions. Applicable law and dispute resolution are determined by the service agreement and mandatory legal rules.
