ARTVYNE OS / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

We want to explain the information involved and your rights clearly. This policy also distinguishes the Artvyne OS marketing website from brand workspaces developed by Artvyne Agency.

Last updated:

01Scope and responsibilities

This policy applies to visits to the Artvyne OS marketing website and communications with us. Processing in dedicated brand workspaces is governed by the relevant service agreement and, where required, separate data-processing terms.

Artvyne Agency is the development team behind Artvyne OS. The identity, authority and obligations of the controller and processor in a service relationship must be specified in the relevant agreement. This page does not replace contractual party details or a customer's own privacy notices.

02Information that may be involved

Your contact request may include your name, work email address, brand and any message you choose to share. Do not include sensitive personal information, account passwords or customer information you are not authorised to disclose.

Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps and error logs to deliver and secure the website. User details, brand content, team feedback and reports may be involved in a brand workspace, depending on the service scope.

03Demo requests and email

The website form opens a draft in your own email application using the details you enter; it does not send those details directly to an Artvyne OS form database. Your request reaches us when you send the message from your email application.

We use information you send to assess your request, respond and discuss possible setup or services. Your email provider's processing is governed by its own privacy terms.

04Purposes and legal bases

Information may be processed to respond to enquiries, conduct pre-contract discussions, deliver agreed services, investigate technical issues and meet legal obligations.

Depending on applicable law, a legal basis may be taking steps towards or performing a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests balanced against your fundamental rights. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately; visiting this page does not itself constitute consent.

05Influencer and social media data

Influencer and social media research in Artvyne OS depends on access permitted by the source, the customer's authority and the agreed service scope. A public profile does not mean that its content or personal data can be used without restriction.

Profile information and engagement metrics may constitute personal data. Access conditions, purpose, accuracy and individuals' rights must be considered. Influencer profiles and metrics on this marketing website are fictional sample data; the demo does not connect to live customer workspaces.

06Cookies and similar technologies

The website preserves your language choice through the lang parameter in the page address. Changes in the interactive demo are temporary sample states, not records saved to a customer account.

Hosting or security services may use technically necessary cookies or similar mechanisms to deliver the service. If non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies are introduced, their scope must be explained separately and prior permission obtained where required. This policy does not grant blanket permission for those technologies.

You can review, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technically necessary cookies may affect some services.

07Service providers and transfers

Hosting, security and email providers may process the information necessary for their tasks. Disclosure may also be required in response to lawful requests from authorities or to meet legal obligations.

Data sent to AI services or other integrations and the providers involved must be assessed separately for the relevant workspace service. International transfers must meet the conditions and safeguards required by applicable law; this policy is not itself permission for a transfer.

08Retention and security

Information should be retained for the period required by its purpose and applicable legal retention obligations. Periods may vary with the request, service agreement and law. We do not promise one fixed period for every type of data.

Role-appropriate access and suitable technical measures are fundamental to data security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Access, deletion and backup conditions for brand workspaces are specified separately in the agreement.

09Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, access, correct or delete it, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting lawful processing before withdrawal.

You can submit requests under Türkiye's KVKK or, where applicable, the GDPR through our contact page. Only necessary information may be requested to confirm your identity. Your right to complain to the competent data protection authority remains unaffected. Requests involving data processed for a customer are assessed with the relevant controller.

10Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the service scope or processing practices change. Significant changes should also be communicated to affected individuals where appropriate. Please use our contact page for questions.
